A space for breath, self-care, and pause in the middle of motherhood, life, and healing.
There exists a pause between each inhale and exhale that you take. Notice it. Notice how it makes you feel to notice it. Notice the miracle of each breath. That miracle, that pause is what this blog is about. I’m blogging to remind you and I to appreciate the in-between, the waiting periods of life. The parts that feel like nothing and everything at once.
